About Action Holdings

Our owners and management team have been in the Nebraska real estate business for more than 30 years, buying Action Holdings in 2016. We currently manage a combination of over 350 commercial, single-family and multifamily rental properties in Grand Island and the surrounding area.

As our clients' needs change, we continue to expand our service plans. Today, along with offering traditional real estate services through our real estate division, we help renters find a perfect home and property owners and investors develop and implement successful business strategies. We also launched a new farm management service designed to help rural landowners grow their businesses.
