Our owners and management team have been in the Nebraska real estate business for more than 30 years, buying Action Holdings in 2016. We currently manage a combination of over 350 commercial, single-family and multifamily rental properties in Grand Island and the surrounding area.

As our clients' needs change, we continue to expand our service plans. Today, along with offering traditional real estate services, we help renters find a perfect home and property owners and investors develop and implement successful business strategies. We have also launched a new farm management service designed to help rural landowners grow their businesses.

We handle the coordination of rent collection, key transfers, security deposits, first and last month's rent depending on our clients needs. We also provide a thorough property inspection upon move out.

Maintenace 

We use AppFolio for electronic work-orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. At your request, we can email you a copy of the work order and relevant information giving you real-time updates.

Accounting

We take care of all your accounting needs including rent collection and direct deposits. Our owners receive monthly statements that include income, expenses, and year to date totals. The easy-to-read statements can be accessed through your owner portal 24/7
